Based on an idea of Titus Leber “Europe Interactive” was going to become a major interactive encyclopedia about Europe´s rich history and cultural environment.

Produced by IBM-Europe and already for over two years in preproduction, work was interrupted during the company´s crisis in the mid-nineties.

The project drew considerable media attention, since it was one of the first encyclopedic multimedia endeavors.
